Police: Woman kidnapped after refusing to be man's prostitute
Christopher Perez charged with aggravated kidnapping
SAN ANTONIO - Police arrested a man accused of holding a woman at gunpoint for several hours because she refused to be his prostitute.
Christopher Perez, 28, is charged with aggravated kidnapping.
An arrest affidavit stated the victim wanted to make some extra money and was introduced to Perez through a friend.
Perez claimed to be a pimp, but the victim told police she had no interest in becoming a prostitute.
A day later, Perez picked up the woman and another friend and took them to his home.
According to the affidavit, the woman said she refused Perez's request and he became angry and locked her in his bathroom for seven hours.
The affidavit stated Perez let the woman leave in the morning, but refused to let her friend go, saying she was now his. The woman called police when she got home.
The affidavit stated that she also told investigators about Perez abusing other women at his home and about a website Perez said he was using to prostitute women.
