2 charged in Live Oak shooting

Shooting happened Sunday morning

LIVE OAK, Texas - Two people have been arrested in connection with a weekend shooting in Live Oak.

Raymond Harris Clark IV, 27, and Holly Ann Scribner, 22, were both arrested on Wednesday.

Investigators said they were involved in a fight on Sunday in the 14000 block of Toepperwein Road.

That fight turned into a shooting.

Investigators say there was a verbal altercation between Clark and a 27-year-old man outside a mobile home.

That's when Clark shot the victim, police said.

The man was rushed to Brooke Army Medical Center and is expected to survive.

Police said Scribner hid the gun from police, who later found through a search warrant.

Clark is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Scribner is charged with felony tampering with evidence.

They're both being held in the Bexar County Jail.
