What's happening this weekend in San Antonio

56th Annual Fiesta Noche del Rio
An outdoor performance of song and dance from all over the Latin world. Performances are Friday and Saturday and go all the way through August 11 at the Arneson River Theater. Tickets start at $15.

"Knuffle Bunny" the play
If you've been craving some musical theater, this show may be the answer. Described as a 'cautionary musical,' the play is based on a Caldecott Award winning book and written by an Emmy-award winning author. The all ages show runs through June 16 at the Magik Theater. General admission is $10.

Mercy Me
Texas locals Mercy Me are in town as part of their "Hurt and the Healer" tour. The top-selling Christian rock band is performing Friday at 8 p.m. at Castle Hills First Baptist Church. Tickets start at $28.

Marilyn Manson
On the other side of the musical spectrum, 90's alternative Goth rock icon Marilyn Manson performs at the at the Sunken Gardens Theater Saturday at 6 p.m. The Pretty Reckless opens, along with San Antonio locals, The Heroine. Tickets range from $40 to $50.

National Train Day
Something for the kids at the Amtrak Station on Hoefegen Avenue at I-37 and Commerce. The 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. celebration includes all kinds of historical displays and interactive fun for the whole family.

Wildflower Walk at Canyon State Natural Arena
The perfect Mother's Day event. Get a taste of nature and the outdoors, weather permitting, starting at 1 p.m. Admission is free and anyone older than eight is welcome to attend. Reservations are required.
