Police looking for violent 'Top 10' sex offender
Juan Villa has exposed himself to children, police say
AUSTIN, Texas - Fugitive Juan Villa, 36, has been added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender list, the Texas Department of Public Safety said.
A $5,000 cash reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
According to authorities, Villa, 36, has a violent criminal past and three active and outstanding arrest warrants.
Authorities said Villa has been arrested multiple times for exposing himself to children. He is wanted by the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office for indecency with a child by sexual contact, deadly conduct and failure to register as a sex offender, police said.
Villa was born in San Antonio, where he still has friends and family. He has been known to work as an auto mechanic, tire repairman, and floor stripper and buffer.
Villa is five feet and 10 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds. He has multiple scars, including on the insides of both of his wrists and over his left eyebrow. He also has burn scars on his chest, right shoulder, left shoulder and entire back.

Texas Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of one of the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders.
There are four different ways to provide anonymous tips:
- Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
- Text the letters DPS, followed by your tip, to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone.
- Submit a web tip through the DPS web site by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking on the link under their picture.
- Submit a tip on the Texas Most Wanted Facebook page by clicking the “SUBMIT A TIP” link (under the “About” section).
