Graco recalls wooden high chairs
GE front loaders, Haier TV sets recalled
SAN ANTONIO - Graco recalled nearly 86,000 classic wood high chairs after receiving 58 reports of the seat loosening or detaching from the base. Nine children have fallen and been hurt.
The recall involves all Graco brand Classic Wood high chairs. They have beige fabric seat covers. Model number 3C00BPN, 3C00BPN TC, 3C00CHY, 3C00CPO or 3C00CPO TC is printed on the label.
The chairs were sold at major retailers between September 2007 and December 2010 for about $130.
Consumers are urged to stop using the chair and contact Graco www.gracobaby.com for a free repair kit.
GE recalled 62,000 GE Profile front load washing machines.
The basket can separate during use and break the washer's top panel, putting he user at risk of injury. The recalls includes all serial numbers of models WPDH8800, WPDH8900 and WPDH8910.
The machines were sold between July 2008 and August 2011. Consumer should contact the company through www.geappliances.com/products/recall for a free repair kit.
Haier America recalled thousands of 42-inch LED TV sets because the stand's neck support can break and cause the TV to tip over. The model number involved is LE42B1380 and was sold for the past year.
The company has received 184 reports of the neck cracking or breaking. Customers should contact www.haieramerica.com to request a free replacement stand neck.
