What's Happening in San Antonio: Halloween edition
SAN ANTONIO - Looking for some scares and thrills for Halloween beyond just trick or treating? Here is KSAT's special Halloween edition of What's Happening.
Wednesday night is a special Halloween showing of "Boogie Monster Mash" at the Woodlawn Theater. The campy horror show set to disco songs of the 70s starts at 7 p.m.
Kids can have some Halloween fun along with their favorite animals at "Zoo Boo" at the San Antonio Zoo. There's trick or treating and Halloween-themed games for families. It starts at 6:30 p.m. and goes until 9:30 p.m.
Kids can collect candy from decorated cars in a parking lot at "Trunk or Treat." A big event is planned at the Community UCC starting at 6 p.m. The event also includes games.
Hemisfair Park turns into "HemisFEAR" for a Halloween festival. Kids can enjoy a haunted maze, food trucks, music and plenty more from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
There are also a number of haunted houses around town such as Terror Mansion, Nightmare on Grayson and the 13th Floor. Enjoy and be safe.
