Suspects sought in teen's death

SAN ANTONIO - Three years later, San Antonio police are still searching for the men who they said shot and killed a 16-year-old on the city's West side.

San Antonio police said in the early morning hours of Nov. 4, 2007, Joe Trevino, then 16, was shot in the head by one of several unknown men outside a house in the 300 block of Landa Avenue.

Police said prior to the shooting, Trevino was standing on the street in front of the house with some friends.

They said Trevino and some unknown men exchanged insults, shots were fired and the teen was killed at the scene.
