Alert officer helps nab Olmos Park robbery suspects

Reynaldo Garcia, Bryanna De Leon, Lindsey Hamblin-Pearson suspected in several daylight burglaries

SAN ANTONIO - Three suspected burglars were arrested Tuesday morning after Olmos Park police say an officer spotted their vehicle outside a home.

Investigators said the officer noticed the car outside a house in the 200 block of Mandalay Drive, and that it fit the description of a vehicle used in a recent burglary.

While speaking with the driver of the car, the officer noticed suspicious activity inside the house, investigators said.

Two people were arrested inside the home, and a third was arrested a short time later by San Antonio police.

The suspects were later identified as Reynaldo Garcia, Bryanna De Leon and Lindsey Hamblin-Pearson. All three have been charged with burglary.

Officers believe the suspects are connected to at least three daylight burglaries in the area.

Several stolen items including electronics, jewelry and guns were recovered. Olmos Park police said the investigation is ongoing.
