Christopher Perez-Rivera accused of 3 robberies in all

SAN ANTONIO - A third charge of aggravated robbery has been filed against Christopher Perez-Rivera, 29, in connection with crimes involving Little Caesars Pizza shops.

The latest charge was filed Tuesday in connection with a robbery Dec. 2 at the chain’s location in the 9200 block of Culebra Road.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, San Antonio police said Perez-Rivera and another man “ambushed” employees at the back door after closing, by forcing their way into the shop at gunpoint.

The affidavit stated that the men then took money from the cash register and a safe.

Perez-Rivera was arrested last week in connection with robberies at two other Little Caesars locations.
