Man wanted in bank robbery
SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio police are searching for a man who they said robbed a Southeast side bank.
Police said a black male described as being between 35 and 40 years old, about 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing about 200 pounds, walked in to the Compass Bank in the 100 block of Goliad Road on Dec. 22, 2012, and handed the teller a note that read, "Give me the money."
The teller complied and the man fled on foot.
Police did not say that the man was armed.
Anyone with any information on the identity or the whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 224-STOP.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the person responsible for this crime.
