San Antonio police seek suspect in deadly Christmas Eve hit-and-run

San Antonio police and Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help as they try to track down a driver involved in a deadly hit-and-run on Christmas Eve.

Police said Bernardo Rodriguez, 49, was killed Dec. 24, 2012, while crossing the street in the 1500 block of Goliad Road.

A witness told officers a Cadillac fled from the scene.

Police said the suspect vehicle may have been a cream-colored Cadillac with damage to its windshield.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.  Anyone with information is asked to call (210) 224-STOP (224-7867).  Callers may remain anonymous.
