SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl and drugging her with Xanax.

Authorities say Julian Martinez, 20, was arrested Sunday on one charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child. The incident happened on March 10.

The 12-year-old victim told police Martinez sexually assaulted her in his bedroom at his house, and that he gave her a Xanax before and after the assault.

Sandy Gutierrez with the San Antonio Police Department said there is a concern that Martinez has done this before and that there may be other victims out there.

Gutierrez said if you believe you were assaulted by Martinez, to please come forward.

"Make that outcry either to family, your parents, relatives, school officials, or friends," said Gutierrez. "Make that outcry because if he has assaulted other victims, we want to know about it."

If you are a victim or if you have any information about an assault involving Martinez, you are asked to call the Sex Crimes Office at 207-2313.
