Police seek person of interest in Valley-Hi area burglary
Police say jewelry, electronic items stolen from home
SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio police and Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who is a person of interest in a home burglary.
According to police, the man, who wore a red shirt, is a person of interest in the burglary of a residential home in the 100 block of Morning Valley.
Authorities say during the burglary that took place Feb. 27 around noon, several jewelry and electronic items were taken from the home.
At 3 pm, police said a young Latin male was observed selling jewelry similar to that taken from the house at the HEB gasoline pumps at Valley-Hi and SW Loop 410.
Police describe the man as 5-foot 9-inches, weighs 150 pounds, about 25 to 30 years old and has close-cut hair and a tattoo on the base of his skull, possibly the Alamo, said police.
The vehicle the man may have been driving is described by police as a white 2000-2005 4-door Chevrolet Cavalier.
