Hot check round-up begins Tuesday

Bexar County deputies going to fugitives homes, school, work places


Bexar County sheriff's deputies and a team from the District Attorney's office will begin a warrant round-up at 7 a.m. Tuesday in search of fugitives who have passed hot checks in the San Antonio area.

Authorities will search for fugitives at their homes, schools and places of business, according to Bexar County District Attorney's office.

"Don't risk doing the time while the rest of San Antonio is enjoying Fiesta," a District Attorney's spokesperson said in the statement.
