San Antonio police nab 'most wanted' robbery suspect

San Antonio police: Suspect Riley Adams linked to more than 5 armed robberies

A robbery suspect who made the San Antonio Police Department's "Most Wanted" list is wanted no more.

Officers said Riley Adams is suspected of committing more than five armed robberies at a Northwest Side apartment complex Monday morning.

San Antonio police said they tracked down Adams at his girlfriend's apartment near Wurzbach Road and Gardendale around 12:15 a.m.

Officers at the scene said they had been looking for him for several days, after he ran away from them at a corner store.

When Adams returned to the Arbor Creek apartments early Monday, officers had the complex surrounded, police said.

Adams was arrested after reportedly trying to flee from officers again.

He was taken into custody on outstanding warrants, but police said he will likely face more charges.
