New Braunfels police seek help in finding missing autistic teen

Police say Devon Nicole Gadsby last seen in 12700 block of Terrance Hollow Drive

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas - The New Braunfels Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing 18-year-old with autism.

Police said Devon Nicole Gadsby, 18, was last seen at 7 a.m. Thursday in the 12700 block of Terrace Hollow Drive in San Antonio.

Gadsby is described by police as approximately 5-foot 6-inches, weighs 125 pounds, has blond hair and blue eyes, and wears glasses. She was last seen wearing a lime green jacket with a hoodie, jeans and carrying a backpack.

New Braunfels police said no foul play is suspected at this time, but because of Gadsby's autistic condition, police said there is reason to be concerned for her safety.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Gadsby is asked to contact their local law enforcement or the New Braunfels Police Department at 830-221-4100.
