San Antonio police: Shooting may have been result of domestic dispute

SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio police say two men were shot and killed by their mother's boyfriend on the South Side late Sunday night.

The shooting happened just before midnight in the 100 block of Dullnig off South Presa.

Police said the shooting started as a domestic disturbance between the mother and her boyfriend, a man in his 50s.

The woman's two sons got involved in the dispute and police said the boyfriend opened fire on the woman's sons.

The suspect fled but was arrested a short time later at the intersection of Hot Wells and South Presa.

The woman's two sons, both believed to be in their 20s, were pronounced dead. Their names have not been released.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting and have not announced what charges the shooter would face.
