SAN ANTONIO - Our Lady of the Lake University says its interim executive vice president and chief academic officer has resigned his positions.

"The university is making great strides," said Dr. Robert Bisking. "I am proud to have played a leadership role in its advancement, however in order to allow that momentum to continue I have made this decision in the best interest of the university."

In an audio recording posted on YouTube, Bisking was heard making racial remarks about students and faculty.
