San Antonio police searching for serial Game Stop robber
Man suspected in 3 crimes in last month
SAN ANTONIO - Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,500 for information leading to the arrest of man believed to be responsible for three robberies at Game Stop stores.
The latest robbery occurred Monday afternoon at the Game Stop on the 100 block of Northwest Loop 410.
As in all the robberies, the suspect pulled out a knife and demanded cash.
On Dec. 22, investigators believe the same man robbed the Game Stop at 1803 Vance Jackson around 11:09 a.m.
Police say the man displayed a knife and threatened the manager after customers left the store.
The man took cash and was last seen running East on Freiling.
The first Game Stop hold-up, in which this suspect is accused, happened Friday Dec. 13 around 2:45 p.m. This time, the man pointed a knife at the manager’s stomach and demanded the cash register be left open.
Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect.
Investigators say the man may be in a green Kia or silver or white pickup truck.
