Emergency medical services responded to the campus, but it wasn't immediately known if any students were injured.

Hernandez said campus police and the San Antonio Police Department are investigating the possibility the fight originated off campus.

Security has been beefed up at the high school.

"Students involved in this type of activity will face disciplinary action and criminal charges," Hernandez said.
