PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. -- The world's top competitive eater has just added another dish to his win list, WPBF-TV reported.Joey Chestnut, the three-time and current Nathan's hot dog eating contest champion, swallowed 15 1/2 corned beef sandwiches on rye bread to win the first-ever TooJay's World Class Corned Beef Eating Championship in Palm Beach Gardens.Chestnut won $5,000.Competitors had 10 minutes to eat as many sandwiches as they could.Five amateurs were selected randomly before the competition to participate in the eating contest.

One of the hardest hit areas by Tropical Storm Hermine was Eastern Bandera County. The storm dumped a foot of rain on some places there. Normally rain like that would cause catastrophic flooding, but the Pipe Creek area came through remarkably well. Watch John Honore's Report.
