Sorry, Lindsay, but the "BS" negative press isn't letting up just yet.
The actress, who's recently been a suspect in a burglary and the destruction of a dressing room trailer once belonging to Elizabeth Taylor, also faces scrutiny after a $46,000 bill she racked up at the hotel Chateau Marmont went unpaid ... and went public.
TMZ posted correspondence said to be from Chateau Marmont to Lohan, detailing the amount the 26-year-old accrued while staying there during the months of June and July - a total of $46,350.04.
The letter, dated July 31, also said that the hotel's management had "made repeated attempts to resolve this pressing matter over the last few weeks without any resolution," and as a result, she needed to pack her things and leave the property by noon on August 1. Until the matter was resolved, the letter said, the Chateau Marmont would "be unable to host [the actress] on property or in the restaurant."
The hotel, meanwhile, tells CNN in a statement that it's "horrified" that the communication was made available for all eyes to see.
"Chateau Marmont places guest privacy as a core value and upholds this privacy with paramount importance," a statement from the Hollywood institution says. "After investigation, it appears that a private correspondence between Chateau Marmont's general manager and Miss Lohan was leaked by a member of her entourage. We are as horrified, disappointed and troubled by this occurrence as Miss Lohan surely is. Obviously, this is a private matter between one of our guests and the hotel and we will continue to treat it as such."
