NEW YORK CITY – In one of the most anticipated albums of the 2016, Kanye West dropped his new album, “The Life of Pablo,” on Thursday.

The show began around 3:40 p.m. West was joined on stage by model Naomi Campbell and former NBA player Lamar Odom.
“The Life of Pablo” is West’s first new studio album since 2013s “Yeezus.” The shows live stream showed models wearing West's fashion line while music from the album played.
The artist had been active on social media, but still coy, in the days leading up to album’s premiere.
The Yeezy Season 3 clothing line debut was livestreamed on Tidal, a streaming service founded by hip-hop mogul Jay-Z. Several people took to Twitter to complain about its spotty service, but raved about the singer’s new album.
