SAN ANTONIO -

The San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo has come to an end.

Good weather this year meant big crowds and another successful year for the rodeo -- but it also means a big cleanup on the AT&T Center grounds.

Just like in the past, the crews cannot waste any time. In fact, they started cleaning up during the last concert on Saturday night and have been cleaning non-stop ever since.

From sweeping to washing, animals getting loaded into trailers and vendors tearing down and cleaning up their spaces, more than 5,000 volunteers pitch in to get the job done.

As far as the AT&T Center, gates are taken down during the last concert, and dirt was removed from the floor early Sunday morning.

As of Monday, the thousands of pounds of dirt brought in for the rodeo are completely gone.

"We've done it for so long, we pretty much have it down to an art," said rodeo Operations Committee member Bernie Ramirez. "We get it taken care of."

AT&T Center crews will get the Spurs floor reinstalled in time for the next game on Wednesday.
