SAN ANTONIO -- The talk of bringing the Oakland Raiders to San Antonio got Travis Block to thinking about how communities try to spend tons of money on things like professional sports infrastructure.
When really, he said, more emphasis could be placed on social issues.
“What would I spend that money on if it were up to me?” he asked.
