SAN ANTONIO -- Troy Peters said his job is a total mystery to most people.
Just as he conducts the Youth Orchestras of San Antonio, Peters believes that leaders in organizations might learn a lot from his line of work.
“What conductors do on the podium offers important lessons for all of us on how to lead our teams more effectively, and how to collaborate with others,” he said.
