During a news conference Wednesday at Central Market, the festival's official poster was presented and details were announced.
San Antonio Mayor Ed Garza invited residents and visitors to the festival, which runs from Oct. 9-12.
"It's this kind of festival that does inspire us to do more ... and to take a more active role in culinary here in San Antonio," Garza said.
