SAN ANTONIO -

Five whiskey cocktails were served with Adam Perry Lang's Serious BBQ at Meatopia San Antonio 2013. These are the recipes:

George Dickel Spiced Walnut
·         1.3 oz. George Dickel No. 12
·         1/2 oz. chocolate liquer
·         1 spritz absinthe spray
·         Black walnut bitters
·         1 dash of cinnamon
·         1 orange peel

Dickel Texas Marmalade
·         1 oz. George Dickel No. 8
·         1/2 oz. lemon juice
·         1/3 oz. triple sec
·         1 spoonful of orange marmalade
·         Grated ginger to taste

George Dickel Milk Punch
·         1.3 oz George Dickel Rye
·         3 oz. half and half
·         1 dash cinnamon
·         1 dash grated nutmeg

George Dickel Rye Old Fashioned:
·         1 oz. George Dickel Rye
·         1/3 oz. Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
·         2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
·         Garnish with orange twist

Dickel Ward No. 8:
·         1.3 oz. George Dickel #8
·         1/2 oz. orange juice
·         1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
·         1/4 oz. homemade grenadine
