There are a large number of restaurants that are honoring veterans and active duty military for their service to our country. Here is a sampling of what we found for this weekend:
Krispy Kreme will be offering vets a way to kick start their day: free coffee and doughnut. This is available on November 11 only.
McDonald's in San Antonio will be offering vets a free Egg McMuffin or Big Mac on November 12.
Outback Steakhouse is offering a Free Bloomin Onion and a Coke on November 11 and 12 to vets who dine in. Beginning November 13, they will also offer a ten percent discount through the end of the year on all orders.
California Pizza Kitchen is inviting members of the military and vets to dine with them on November 11 and 12 and get any pizza on the menu for free.
Olive Garden is offering a free entree for members of military and vets on November 11. You will be able to order the free entree off a special menu.
Applebee's is offering veterans and active duty military a free entree off their Veterans Day Signature menu on November 11.
Red Lobster is offering vets and members of the military dining with them on November 11 a free appetizer.
With the purchase of a beverage at Hooters on Veterans Day November 11, vets can get 10 free boneless wings.
On November 12, Denny's is inviting active, inactive and retired military personnel to enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes for free from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Texas Land and Cattle is offering all veterans and active duty military a free entree and side off of their Stars and Stripes menu on November 12.
Golden Corral is having it's annual Military Appreciation Monday on November 12. From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., all active duty and retired military can enjoy a free dinner buffet and drink for free.
Texas Roadhouse is offering a special lunch menu on November 12. The lunch includes a free soda, iced tea or coffee.
