HEB Chorizo Antojitos Recipe

Chorizo Antojitos

Prep Time Minutes: 20    Cook Time Minutes: 15 

 

Ingredients:

  • 8 Oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tsp Marie Sharp's Green Habanero Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 6 Oz chorizo, cooked and crumbled
  • 12 Oz pico de gallo, drained
  • 2 cup(s) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 12 corn tortillas

 

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl combine cream cheese, sauce, and cilantro together and mix well to combine. Lay out tortillas and spread an even layer of mixture on each.
  • Spread chorizo, pico de gallo and cheese evenly over each tortilla as if making a pizza. Roll each tortilla up as tightly as possible being careful not to allow filling to fall out.
  • Place tortillas tightly next to one another on sheet pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tortillas are slightly browned and cheese is melted. Allow to cool and cut in half. Serve antojitos with salsa or sour cream.
