SAN ANTONIO – An argument between two neighbors landed one man in jail and the other in the hospital.
Arnulfo Cortez, 31, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon Thursday.

The victim told investigators he believed Cortez was mad about a text he sent to Cortez’s niece.
The victim was treated and released for his injuries.
