SAN ANTONIO -

The driver responsible for a crash that killed both his passengers has been officially charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter and one of the victims had been identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office.

Rosalio Roman Padilla, 31, was identified as the driver of the car that plunged off a bridge at Cupples Road and flipped onto some train tracks early Monday morning.

The car was then struck by an oncoming train. The Bexar County medical examiner identified the female victim as April Gonzales, 26.

A male victim had not been identified as of Tuesday morning. Padilla was taken to the hospital for treatment.
