SAN ANTONIO -- A young mother who confessed to killing her two children is now blaming her boyfriend for the killings, her sister said.

Roxanne Olvera said her sister, Valerie Lopez, told her during a visit to the Bexar County Jail that Jerry Salazar killed her children.

Olvera said Lopez claims that she came home from work and Salazar told her Sariyah Marie was dead underneath the couch.

She said he put the child's nude body in a plastic bag, but before doing so he made a strange request.

"He told her that, 'let's pull her teeth out' and she's all like, 'no, that's my baby,'" Olvera said. "'I'm not going to do that. She's my baby.'"

The medical examiner confirmed Sariyah's teeth had been traumatically yanked from her mouth.

The examiner also discovered Sariyah's baby brother, Sebastian, had a broken leg that was healing before he died.

Olvera said Lopez told her that Sebastian also died while she was at work.

Olvera said Lopez told her that she wants to attend the babies' funerals but she does not think that is going to happen.
