Playtex recalled 1.25 million pacifier holder clips because they can crack and pose a choking risk to babies.

The company has received 99 reports of the holders breaking. It was sold since 2010 in green with a monkey, pink with a flower and blue with a  tow truck.

More than 200,000 small Rayovac flashlights have been recalled by Spectrum Brands.  The flashlights can cause the batteries to overheat and consumers can get burned.  www.cpsc.gov has more information.

Pottery Barn has recalled its oversized Morovian Star Pendant chandelier. The hardware fails to support the heavy antique glass and it can fall.

Thousands of bathroom medicine cabinets sold at Home Depot have been recalled because the mirror or back panel can fall off.

The recall involves four models of Glacier Bay medicine cabinets. Consumer can return them to the store for a refund.

Nearly 200,000 television wall mounts have also been recalled because a weld can fail and the TV can fall.
