SAN ANTONIO -- Multiple fires are burning in southwest Bexar County.
The main fire, which began midday Friday, is located near Farm Road 536 and Hardy Road, about eight miles south of Calaveras Lake.
There are multiple buildings, homes and livestock near the fires, but they are not currently on fire. The fire line is currently moving north.
Initial reports from Sky 12 indicate dozens -- possibly hundreds -- of hay bales are on fire.
Firefighters are attempting to contain the fires, which have burned about 200 acres so far.
A second fire is burning near Campbellton, about 50 miles south-southeast of San Antonio. A number of smaller fires are burning along the Bexar, Atascosa and Wilson county lines.
Bexar County, along with counties west to Del Rio, are currently under a Fire Weather Watch from the National Weather Service.
