Police Make Arrest In Monday Double Slayings

Tommy Flores Was Charged With Capital Murder

SAN ANTONIO -- Police have made an arrest in connection with the Monday morning double-homicide of two women on San Antonio's south side.

Tommy Flores was already in San Antonio police custody Monday when he was arrested and charged with capital murder in connection with the deaths of Eva Flores and a second unidentified woman at a home in the 200 block of Caddo Street.

Eva Flores and the other woman were found dead in their home about 10 a.m., police said. Both had been slain with two different weapons.

Family members at the scene confirmed the man arrested was the grandson of Eva Flores.
