SAN ANTONIO -- A substitute teacher for the San Antonio Independent School District has been arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct with a child.The incident allegedly happened two years ago, a district spokesman said.The teacher, whose name has not been released, is no longer working for the school.EDITOR'S NOTE: A previous version of this story said the alleged incident happened at a school campus.
