SAN ANTONIO -- The San Antonio Metropolitan Health District rates restaurant scores excellent to poor based on a demerit system.The scoring is as follows:0-10 demerits = excellent 11-20 demerits = good 21-30 demerits = acceptable 31 or more = poorFollowing are scores that were recently handed out:Arby's, 14103 Nacogdoches, perfect score Church's Fried Chicken, 1923 Goliad, 3 demerits Schlotzsky's, 8614 Perrin Beitel, 3 demerits Taco Cabana, 1255 NE Loop 410, 4 demerits Murphy's Deli, 116 E.
