SAN ANTONIO -- Police were searching Thursday for a 4-month-old girl who is believed to be with her father, who law enforcement authorities said is a crack cocaine addict and bipolar.

Rod'Nai Germaine Clark and her father, Rodney Clark, were last seen on Tuesday in the 4300 block of Centerview, where he dropped off his wife at her workplace, police said.

They are believed to be in a 2006 gold four-door Mitsubishi Galant, with Texas license plate 138HLF.

Rodney Clark is 35 years old and is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 220 pounds. Clark's wife told investigators his drug addiction was the source of a recent argument. He has tattoos of "RC," "Elizabeth" and "Stephanie" on his arms.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is urged to call the San Antonio Police Department Missing Persons Unit at 210-207-7660. Clark is known to frequent the city's east side, said SAPD public information officer Sandy Gutierrez.
