Converse Man Charged In Sex Assault

Eugene Ramon Held On $150,000 Bond

SAN ANTONIO -- A 32-year-old Converse man was charged Monday in the sexual assault of a woman.

According to an affidavit, Eugene Ramon was hosting a party at his home April 12 when the woman tried to leave.

Moments later, Ramon put a gun to the woman's head and sexually assaulted her, the affidavit stated.

When the woman tried to scream, Ramon tried to pull her tongue out, the affidavit stated.

Ramon is charged with sexual assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He is being held in the Bexar County Jail on bonds totaling $150,000.
