Man Charged With Child Porn

Gary Dieterman Charged With Possession Of Child Pornography

SAN ANTONIO -- A 59-year-old man has been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography.

Gary Dieterman, a 59-year-old man from Live Oak made an appearance in federal court Thursday, after investigators said they received a tip the man had graphic images of children engaged in sexual acts.

"There were a number of images that were found on his home computer that involved children being raped and sexually abused," said Assistant U.S. Attorney Tracy Braun.

Police confiscated several computers, hard drives and other digital storage devices, Braun said. Anybody with information on this case is asked to contact the Live Oak Police Department at 210-653-9140.
