2 charged in alleged rape of woman

SAN ANTONIO -

Two men are facing charges of aggravated sexual assault in connection with an alleged attack on a woman in her Southeast Bexar County home.

Isaac Champion, 20, and Marcos Aguilera, 19, were booked into the Bexar County jail Tuesday with bond set at $75,000 each.

An arrest affidavit stated the woman told Bexar County sheriff’s detectives that Champion showed up at her home one night in November with three men whom she didn’t know.

She said they listened to music and smoked marijuana in her home until about 3 a.m., when she asked them to leave, the affidavit stated.

However, the woman said that Champion and Aguilera instead spent the night.

She told detectives she woke up later that morning to both men removing her clothing and sexually assaulting her.

According to the affidavit, she said the suspects also robbed her before they left.

The woman was able to identify both men for police, the affidavit stated.
