2 students hospitalized after possibly eating laced brownies, officials say

Incident occurred at Klein Oak HS in north Houston area

HOUSTON – Two students in northern Houston were hospitalized Friday after eating brownies that may have been laced from another student who was selling them, Klein ISD officials said.

School administrators at Klein Oak High School are investigating the incident.

As of Friday afternoon, it was unknown what possible substance could have been in the brownies.

Officials said all parents of students involved have been notified.
