2 victims in hospital after separate overnight stabbings

SAN ANTONIO -

Two victims were stabbed Friday night in separate occasions.

The first stabbing happened around 10:50 p.m. near Goodwin and South Brazos.

According to police, two men approached another man at the corner of South Brazos and Frio City road, and asked him for change.

When the man told them he had none, one of the men stabbed him in the back.

The victim was able to walk to Goodwin and South Brazos where he called for help.

He was transported to BAMC in critical condition.

The suspects fled on foot towards some railroad tracks, and have yet to be caught.

The second stabbing happened around 11:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of Hermine.

According to police, a man was trying to break-up an argument when he was stabbed in the chest.

He was transported to University Hospital in critical condition.

The suspects fled the scene in a truck.

Police are searching for these men.
