SAN ANTONIO -

San Antonio police are searching for two men who they said broke in to a home on the city's far west side and stole two jewelry boxes.

Police said on Sept. 19, the men walked up to the home pretending to be some type of service employees.

Police said the men were seen on surveillance footage pulling up in a 1998-2000 gray Ford Contour in front of the home, located in the 5100 block of Gemsbuck Chase.

They said the passenger got out first and approached the house carrying a clipboard, then returned to the car minutes later. Then the driver and the passenger forced the front door of the home open, then fled with two jewelry boxes.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information which leads to the arrest of the people -- identified by police as two Hispanic males -- responsible for the burglary
