SAN ANTONIO -- A 23-year-old man was arrested and charged late Thursday night in connection with a fatal shooting outside an apartment complex on the city's northeast side.
Terrance Harvey was arrested by officers with the San Antonio Police Department Tactical Response Unit in the 1800 block of Babcock Road without incident.
Harvey, who was charged with murder, is the fourth suspect to be arrested in the slaying of Jimmy Wilson, 33, at the Whispering Hills Apartments on July 7.
Also charged in the case are Shann Rowan, 23; Patrick Payne, 53; and Dominque Lenzy, 22.
Police said the suspects and Wilson were going to get into a fight. But when Wilson, who had a knife, saw that the men had a rifle, he retreated toward his apartment building, police said. That's when Rowan shot the victim, police said. The men then fled the scene.
