SAN ANTONIO -- An 18-wheeler loaded with pipe rolled on its side on Interstate 10 East at Fresno on Tuesday afternoon, forcing the closure of the freeway.Police said that a vehicle and the big rig came into contact with each other, causing the big rig to roll on its side and block all four lanes of the eastbound lanes.The driver of the 18-wheeler suffered minor injuries. The driver of the car was not injured.The big rig was transporting 10 tons of sewage pipe, but none of the load separated from the 18-wheeler.All lanes of traffic were opened at around 5 p.m.
