SAN ANTONIO -- A 29-year-old Texas Youth Commission contract employee admitted to having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy who escaped a local facility, an arrest affidavit stated.

Thelma Nicole Miles, a medication technician at Abraxas Youth and Family Services in the 600 block of East Afton Oaks, admitted to TYC investigators that she picked up the boy at a cell phone store after he escaped the facility.

Miles also told investigators that she and the boy had sex at two motels over two days and he then stayed at her apartment for two days before she took him to the Bell County Juvenile Detention Center, the affidavit stated.

Miles was charged with sexual assault and is being held in the Bexar County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
