Castro Will Be Kicked Off Force If Found Guilty
According to police reports, Patrolman Israel Castro, 27, was pulled over in Feb. 2002 for speeding.
Castro had slurred speech, bloodshot eyes and smelled like alcohol, the report said.
A breathalyzer test revealed that Castro had a 0.16 blood-alcohol level, twice the legal limit in Texas.
