Israel Medrano Arrested In Shooting Death

SAN ANTONIO -- Police arrested a second man in connection with the 2008 shooting death of a teenager.

Israel Medrano, 18, was arrested Wednesday in the August 2008 killing of 16-year-old Paul Osoria.

Medrano is being held at the Bexar County Jail on a bond of $75,000.

Osoria was shot and killed in the 2600 block of Westward in what police said was a gang-related shooting.

Police said the shooter used a high-powered rifle.

Another man, 19-year-old Vance Keenan, was arrested in October 2008 in connection with the crime.
